Demohauling includes demolition of small structures such as patios, sheds, decks and fencing, removal of concrete and masonry, dismantling of old landscaping elements, hauling away construction and landscape debris, and final site clean up so the area is ready for new work.

We remove concrete, pavers, timber, metal, brick, stone, old decking, soil and vegetative waste, sod, broken hardscape pieces and general construction debris. We do not handle regulated hazardous waste without prior agreement and proper permitting.

Costs vary depending on the size and complexity of the demolition, type and volume of materials, disposal fees and access. We provide a written estimate after an on-site inspection. Factors such as heavy machinery, labour hours and special disposal needs are included in the quote.

Smaller jobs can often be completed in a single day. Larger removals or projects requiring permits, utility work or extensive hauling may take several days. We give a timeline estimate in the proposal and communicate any changes if site conditions affect the schedule.
